How can I order?

• Browse the site and when you have made your selection, simply click add to basket.
• We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been despatched.
• We are also happy to take orders over the telephone, just call our orderline on 01923 283923.

How will my order arrive?

• Your jewellery will arrive in a beautiful organza bag. You can also request our free gift wrapping service.

How long will it take?

• All orders received by 3.00pm will be despatched the following day.
• All orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
• All orders within the UK will be sent Special Delivery (£5.00) for extra security. Royal Mail guarantee delivery by 1.00pm the next working day but if you request this service on a Friday, Royal Mail will only guarantee delivery before 1.00pm on Monday. This service requires a signature, so if you are not going to be at your home address then an alternative delivery address is important.
• For deliveries outside the UK you will be notified of the cost before your order is processed.

Returns

• We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from Absolute Exclusive. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 7 days of receiving the goods to receive a full refund.
• We ask that you notify us by email with your reasons for returning the item and the expected return date.
• All jewellery must be unworn and in its original packaging.
• A full refund will be made within 14 days of the item being returned.
• Earrings are not returnable due to Health and Safety reasons.
• For your own protection we advise any returns are sent by Special Delivery.
